Q: What colors are used for print?
A: Print colors are CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). It is a color model where all colors are described as a mixture of these four process colors. This is considered a 4 in printing standards.
Q: What is DPI?
A: DPI stands for Dots Per Inch. A measure of resolution for printers, scanners and displays.
Q: Do your prices include printing both sides of a card or flyer?
A: Yes, all our 12pt card stock prices are set for 4-color printing on both sides. our 100lbs gloss book is seperated by 4/0 and 4/4 pricing.
Q: Your smallest quantity is 1,000. Can I break that up into groups of 500 and print 2 different layout designs?
A: No, our quantities cannot be broken up into smaller ones. It costs you about the same amount to print 1,000 pieces with us than printing 500 pieces with another printer.
Q: I cannot upload my image files to you server.
A: Currently you can only upload jpg, psd, eps, and tif, files. Make sure you have the correct file format or your file will not upload.
Q: Can we do Dye Cut?
A: Yes we can do Dye Cut.
Q: What is our turn around time?
A: All 12 Point Products take 2 to 3 days of orders of 5000 or more and 4 to 7 days for orders of 1000. CD's and DVD's take Two Weeks. Banners, Sandwich Boards and Stickers take a Week.
Q: Can you quote items other than what is listed?
A: All paper stock will be quoted on either 12 pt. gloss card stock or 100# text gloss paper stock and much more.
